Raphael: Life changes so quickly for you. One minute it is storming with thunder and lightening and the next minute it is calm and sunny. You take it all in so nonchalantly, without a care. But when your focus changes and you begin to fear the storms, you tremble, cry and fret. The storms are still the same. It is your focus which has changed. Where are you putting your energy?
