This weekend, I was talking to some friends about my life being paranormal. I saw my first ghost at three years old and unusual things have happened to me ever since. This is probably the reason I write paranormal romance books because my life is paranormal. It hasn’t been easy being different and a lot of the time I felt like I had to hide who I am from everyone. Now the world is changing and more and more people are becoming interested and experiencing things that come under the label as paranormal. What if all this time, what others considered ‘paranormal’ was actually normal for all of us? How would the world change if seeing ghosts and talking to angels was commonplace? I hope I live to find out.

Here are the messages for today:

Raphael: Your life circumstances can be difficult, but it’s how you react that decides how you will feel about each event. If you decide to react in a positive manner then your life will be positive and your emotions will be uplifting. If you decide to react in a negative way, then of course the negative emotions will drag you down. This is the choice you can make every time. This is your responsibility to decide. No one else, even the angels, can take this choice from you. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: Search your heart. Who are you really? What are you pretending to be that you’re not? If you can’t discover who you really are, and what brings you joy in the world, how will anyone else know? Life is about living your joy. To do that you must know who you are. Fear not, you are not alone in this journey. Many are still searching. Many still ask, what is my life’s purpose. Your purpose is to know yourself. Heal any wounds you may have, and seek out the things that bring you joy. Yes, it is as simple as that. Blessings upon you, Michael.

Gabriel: Focus your energy if you wish to succeed. Many of you are scattered in your thinking and your life is haphazard. Yes, your thoughts affect how your life develops. What are you trying to accomplish? Focus on the goal, see it, feel it, and then take the necessary steps. You have much more control over your life than you realize. You are children of the divine and very powerful if you would focus your energy. Come together with like-minded individuals and as a group you become unstoppable. Blessings upon you, Gabriel.

Uriel: You are blessed. Chosen to be on Earth at this moment to help it become something more. The ground you walk on is becoming aware of you in a whole new way and you are becoming more aware of your world. This is a good thing. The Earth is a precious treasure and should be treated with respect. Without your beautiful blue planet, where would you be? There is so much more to come, you only need open your heart. I’m cleaning out cupboards and pricing things for a yard sale tomorrow. Some of the items I don’t remember where or how they ended up in my house. Do you have things like that? It feels good to let them go and the space in the cupboards feels great too. One of my lessons for this lifetime “Let it go.” Go ahead and break into song if you’re a Frozen fan. 😉

Here are the messages for today:

Raphael: Have faith! You are not alone. I want to help if you will just call on me. There is no death, all of you will continue on in spirit. What is the worst that can happen? Death, but death is only a doorway to another dimension. Put your fears and worries away. They have no place in the world you wish for. I see you. Decide that your life is good and it will be so. You are a powerful child of the divine. Step into your power. Blessings upon you, Raphael

Michael: The world can be a scary place if you let it. But, you see, that is the key. “If you let it.” The energy of the Earth is changing. More and more you will be creating your existence. What kind of world do you want to see? What kind of world do you want to live in? Where do you want your children to dwell? Take responsibility for your thoughts, for your world. Gabriel: The world needs your light. Your positive thoughts and actions raise everyone up. You are all connected in the same energy, the same matrix. Don’t let others pull you down, though in truth it is you allowing yourself to be pulled down. Stay bright! Shine your light, feel your truth, know your joy. Blessings upon you, Gabriel.

Uriel: Light is a fickle thing. It can flicker and go out. You need to know that it lives in you. There is always a spark waiting to reignite your light. One little spark and the darkness is no longer dark. You are the light. You are the spark needed to change the dark to light. This is the gift from the divine. This is the miracle. It’s a grey dreary day here. I woke up worrying about things I had no control over. It occurred to me that I really needed to stop doing that, worrying. Worry sends out negative energy and gets me nowhere. If I am present in the moment and concentrate on what I can do and achieve, I don’t need to worry at all. I hope you will join me in putting worry on the shelf.

Raphael: Sing. Hum a little tune. Music increases the frequency. It clears your fields. Let yourself sink into the music. Feel it vibrate in your body. Music is a wonderful tool. Use it everyday to lift your spirit. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: Don’t give up! Rest if you need to, but then get up and try again. Your dreams are worth the effort. Energize yourself in whatever way works best for you and then take action. Nobody can hold you back if you face the world with enthusiasm and righteousness. Fear not! March forward and live the life of your dreams. Blessings upon you, Michael.

Gabriel: Hope, Joy, Fun. These are high vibration emotions. Are you feeling them? So often you are caught up in the everyday experience that you forget the importance of these emotions. Stop right now and think of something that brings you Joy or makes you laugh. Did you smile or chuckle? That is where you want to dwell. Be happy, my friends. Life is meant to be a gift. Working with my angels today filled me with such love! I was almost tearful and thinking about it now as I prepare to post, I still am. What a comfort to know that Angels are looking out for you. They’re waiting for all of us to call on them.

Raphael: Life is a grand adventure. You chose to be here at this time. We are proud of you and all you’ve accomplished. There are still many others on the planet who haven’t realized their potential. You are divine children of God. Shine your light. Embrace your birthright and be true to yourself. In doing so, you lead the way for those behind you. All life is divine and sacred, and all will be raised up, but in each one’s divine timing.  Stay the course and you will create a new world. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: Your world seems so big to you, but to us it is very small. We see all the connections you have to each other even as we see the possibilities in each of you. Those connections unite you all in this reality, but the reality is changing. Which is why it is so important that you each shine so brightly. You are lifting up the whole with each jump in your vibration. So shine brightly, trust that all is working toward the good. Keep your frequency high, and strong, and rise up. Gabriel: When you connect to us, you feel the love we share. Know that you are loved and supported. The vibration of love is very high. Strive to dwell in this frequency. I love talking to my angels! It makes me feel connected to the divine knowing I can have conversations with them. It also makes me think about what is really important in my life and if I am on the right path.

Raphael: I see that your hearts are heavy with the turmoil that surrounds you. Move away from the chaos. Quiet your mind and seek peace. Yes, it can be that easy. Your mind is a powerful tool. Take control and find that quiet center inside you. Your life is only chaotic if you allow it to be. Once in your quiet center, call on us. Visualize what you would like to achieve. Peace, Love, Prosperity. Feel the joy behind receiving these gifts and you have taken a step toward them. Life is what you make it. Make it good. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: Listen! Do you hear the sound of the cricket? The sound of your beating heart? Your breath coming in and out of your lungs? Listen. Do you hear our whispers? We are only a whisper away. We wish to connect, but you must invite us in. It is your decision whether we enter your life. We can’t wait to speak with you. Share with you. Guard and guide you. We are here for you, always. Gabriel: The waters of the world can hear you. The Universe feels the vibration of your voice and words. What are you saying?  What are you communicating? Is it positive or negative? You like to complain, but the negative only brings more of the same. Stay positive. Say what you want, not what you don’t want. We are listening. Uriel: Time is an illusion. There is only now. Ask yourself, what do I want to accomplish at this moment? Then do it. You will be surprised at how easily things get done. I had a wonderful weekend with one of my Reiki friends. I always feel so much better after spending time with her, even if all we do is talk. Humans are all connected and children of the divine. We don’t have to walk alone. Find someone who understands who and where you are. A friend to share the journey with is a tremendous gift and blessing. I am so thankful that I’ve found those people.

Here are the messages for today:

Raphael: Shout out the good news! You are no longer living in the old 3d world. The vibration of the whole planet is rising. Earth is sloughing off the last of the 3d energy. Soon you will see all things much more clearly. A new world and new beginning are coming. Prepare yourself and make way for the new adventure. Every day is a new celebration and should be cherished. Michael: We are all connected to each other, made of the same spirit. You are mine and I am yours. Look out for your fellow man as I look out for you. Now is the time to realize how connected you are to all. We all work together, each one doing their part. There is no good or bad, there just is. Be who you truly are, find your joy, shine your light into the world. Everything is divine energy. Everyone is a sacred being living on a sacred planet. Gabriel: Train your mind to see the positive, to act in a positive manner. Love is always the answer. Forgive, when another doesn’t live up to your expectations. Dream of the world you want to manifest. See it in your mind’s eye. Dreams are powerful tools to create. You are here to co-create your experience living on this planet. What kind of world do you want to bring into the present moment? For the present moment is truly all you have to work with. When the present moment is filled with things that bring you down, find the beauty that is all around you. God’s creations are beautiful! Uriel: Step into a State of Grace. There is nothing to fear. You are an eternal being, connected to all. There is no need to grieve or feel loss. Nothing is ever taken from you. Feel the connections to those you love, use the connection to communicate if you need to. You are not separate. You may not see the person you miss, but you can feel them in your heart. Speak to them, heart to heart. Send them love. They will feel it wherever they dwell. This is not a new teaching, but one that is often ignored when your emotions take over your being. Center, reach a state of calm, and then reach out to your loved one. Feel them answer, wait in silence until you hear them speak to you, and they will. You must only learn how to connect to them. Talking to your angels shouldn’t be a chore, but today it feels that way. I would like nothing more than to sleep in and have a slow day. Unfortunately, that is impossible with what’s on my schedule. So, here it goes and I hope the angels will come through with messages that inspire you.

Messages for today:

Raphael: Rest is always important. If you don’t take care of yourself, how will you take care of others? I understand why you’ve chosen this time to communicate and so will give you the message you need for today. Prepare yourself for more light to come into the world. Where there is a bright light, there is also shadow. You must stay positive and shine brightly. What does that mean? Be the very best you, you can be. Don’t let the day-to-day existence drag you down. Take heart, have faith and call on us to assist you. You sometimes see life as a struggle, but life would be boring if there weren’t ups and downs. Embrace the moment. Know you are loved. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: As a healer, you want to take care of everyone and forget about yourself. At this time it is best to care for yourself first. If you are not at your best, you cannot share that with others. If you need rest, rest. Breathe and take the time to rejuvenate. We can help you with this if you call on us. Your world is a busy place, but taking a time out is a good thing. Reconnect with nature, find your solace and joy. You will be a better person for giving yourself this gift. Blessings upon you, Michael.

Gabriel: Ask yourself, what good can I accomplish today? Whom can I love? For love is the greatest gift you can give. It doesn’t have to be a big thing you do. It can be a smile, a nod, or letting someone go ahead of you. Often you get caught up in feelings of fatigue and become irritable with others. Rise above these low frequency emotions. You are in charge of your life. Take charge! Conquer your emotions. Refuse to dwell in the sludge of anger and frustration. Rise up! Take a breath and re-center. Think of the many blessings you have all around you. Air to breathe, Sunshine to warm you, Water to drink. The angels will help you if you but call on us, for we are thankful for you and the light you bring to the world. Blessings upon you, Gabriel.

Uriel: Fear not! I say again, Fear not! There is nothing to fear. You are an immortal soul and always will be. True, your physical body can stop working and you can pass on to another existence, but you will continue. In doing so, you continue to learn and grow. Your feelings were meant to be a blessing, not a curse. Pain was meant to teach, fear to keep you safe, not immobilize you. Change your focus. You can do it! There is so much more to feel than pain and fear. Decide to move on to something else. What thoughts bring new feelings? Love, Joy, Wonder. These feelings are worth dwelling in. I started this session, speaking with my angels in a hurry. My granddaughter is staying over and I knew she would soon awake and need me. But as I wrote what the Angels told me, I realized there were some profound truths in their words and they were speaking to me as much as you. I hope their words inspire you, Caryn.

Here are the messages for today:

Raphael: Slow down. You move at breakneck speed. There is so much you are missing, the whisper of the wind, the song of the bird. Slow down. Breathe. The air rejuvenates you. Breathe deep and slow. Feel yourself relax with each breath. Now continue with your day. Blessings upon you, Raphael.

Michael: Hold on! Things are moving quicker now. Raphael was right to remind you to breathe. Remember that you are loved. To move into a state of grace all you must do is call on us. Breath work can help calm you and get you back to center. Calling on us can help raise your vibration, putting you into a different frequency. So when you feel life is too overwhelming, breathe and then call on us. We will be there to help you, always. Blessings upon you, Michael.

Gabriel: It’s summer. What is your favorite thing to do at this time? Do it! Eat the watermelon, drink the lemonade. Life should be celebrated. Each season brings different gifts for you to enjoy. Play and laugh, fill your time with fun. Working all the time with no relief isn’t healthy and darkens your mood. We want to hear your laughter and see your smile. Enjoy life and the ones around you. Uriel: You have changed so much and will continue to change. Fear not! There is purpose to these changes. You feel more, see more. Now you notice what you don’t like in yourself and the world, so you can change it and make it better.  Love is always the answer.
